"Knocked Up" is the funniest movie this year. Hands down. And I realize we are only halfway through 2007 but I feel so confident in my statement and this movie that I'm gonna give it: funniest movie of the year.
Funnier than "40 Year Old Virgin" and "Wedding Crashers" combined. No joke.
I think what made it more funny was the fact that it seemed exactly what really would happen if you found yourself preggers from a one night stand. And Paul Rudd.
whoa, wait.
Paul Rudd.
If you need a second reason to go; he is it. Yum. Yum. Yum.
And I missed the MTV Movie Awards - the one year I hear its awesome and my cable went out, due to yet, another Texas rainstorm. But it got me to the theater to watch "Knocked Up" so its all good.
And can I ask a tangent question?
Why is it that while driving in traffic - the people I obviously let into my line of traffic never wave back to me AND the ding dongs that insist on squeezing their boat of a car in the 2 inch space between me and the person in front of me always wave?
As if I had a choice buck-o. WTF is that about? Does that happen to you or is that just me and my Explorer?

I saw it! It was sooo funny, huh? I thought Leslie Mann (who played Paul Rudd's wife) was HI.LAR.IOUS! She CRACKED me UP!

I saw it last night and almost peed myself. My sister, her boyfriend and I saw it WITH MY PARENTS. So it was a tad embarassing, but I was like you know what? My parents have pretty much seen everything at this point so it's fine. They thought it was absolutely hysterical. Um...when they were freaking out in the hotel room in Vegas, I literally couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard.
I know the lead guy is dorky, but I LOVE him. I think he's adorable and big and teddybear-like which is just my style.
They wave because they feel bad for cutting in front of you. The other idiots who you let in don't wave 'cause they think they happen to sneak into your lane by sheer luck when it was actually kindness.
Holy crap...that WAS the funniest movie I've seen in ages. We were laughing so hard my friend almost put her back out(she just had surgery!). The whole thing was hilarious...when they were in Vegas and he is stoned on schrooms and he is "there are five kinds of chairs in this hotel room" FUNNY!
I'm sooooo jealous that you got to see this movie. We just now got the previews and it doesn't come out until AUGUST! Hopefully it will still be on in the theaters late July when I'm home. Looks super duper cute! And Paul Rudd...my ideal guy!
I love Paul Rudd. It all started when he was Cher's step-brother (sort of), Josh, in Clueless. And then they like fell in love. Which is not twisted or anything. Really.
